Tiling over a countertop

 The surface of this countertop was beyond repair.  I had painted it, but it didn't look ideal.  It was pretty easy to do, we just removed the sink, I put down some mastic, set the tile, let it dry, and grouted.  Tile saws scare me so I just use a snapper.
