Goodbye Google Reader :(

I'm lamenting, along with the rest of the blogosphere, the demise of Google reader.  I don't understand why they stopped supporting it... seems to me like running an rss feed isn't rocket surgery.  I read this article which might help explain it.  In the meantime, I haven't moved over to Feedly like most folks seem to have, but am using WordPress to manage my feeds.
